Refund policy

To report a problem with your order, you can contact us at fiveplustax@gmail.com. Add any photos relevant to your email.

Resolution may be in the form of a credit, refund, or another appropriate solution to find mutual satisfaction. We may request additional photos, a return of the item, or other, such as assist you to make small repairs (glue in a stone/gem, adjust O rings (the piece of round metal that holds sections together), or other simple fix. Refunds for pieces that need minor repair will not be refunded/replaced unless customer is willing to pay for shipping. YouTube videos are available and we are happy to assist in guiding the repair. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately To report an order issue, you can contact us at fiveplustax@gmail.com if you believe an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any photos supporting your issue should accompany your email. 


Exchanges will be processed on a case by case basis. Seller has no obligation to allow a return unless it is seller error. Once worn, an item cannot be returned for any reason.  If a return/exchange takes place, it must be at the customer's expense if it is not seller error. 

Refunds/Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method OR given a credit for another purchase. You'll receive an email for any action taken.

 

Delivery Issues
We provide tracking for USPS via Paypal or Shopify. If you do not receive it, you can request by emailing fiveplustax@gmail.com.

If your package goes missing during transit, please contact us. If it is determined the post office has an error, I will make every attempt to re-fill the order after the 30 day waiting period the PO requests to deliver a package.  They do not reimburse for missing first class packages- because I am a small business, I will provide replacements and/or credits as able. If the package shows delivered, and you have not received, you'll need to contact the local PostMaster as the transaction is complete per PO standards. 

Whatever it is, contact me. I'll do what seems right & fair; some people mistake my kindness for weakness. If you attempt to 'scam' me for large amounts, or even small amounts repeatedly, I'll take action via blocking, refusing sales, and letting others know of your accused behavior (I consider it a warning to my fellow Papa-sisters.).
