All shipping prices are relative to the number of pieces purchased and is subject to change anytime.

Currently: Priority 2-5 days 1 piece- $3.75, up to $15- $4. and over $15- $4.50.

If you would like PRIORITY shipping- select the PRIORITY Option for $7.95.  If you choose this option your item will ship within PRIORITY PADDED FLAT RATE ENVELOPE and ships within 24 hours.

Unless seller error, no shipping refunds. FREE shipping codes and discounts must be applied before purchase finalizes.

*Discretion to proprietor to offer any reimbursement or gift for shipping. Processed through Venmo or Paypal. 

Delivery Issues
We provide tracking for USPS via Paypal or Shopify. If you do not receive it, you can request by emailing fiveplustax@gmail.com.

If your package goes missing during transit, please contact us. If it is determined the post office has an error, I will make every attempt to re-fill the order after the 30 day waiting period the PO requests to deliver a package.  They do not reimburse for missing first class packages- because I am a small business, I will provide replacements and/or credits as able. If the package shows delivered, and you have not received, you'll need to contact the local PostMaster as the transaction is complete per PO standards. 

Whatever it is, contact me. I'll do what seems right & fair; some people mistake my kindness for weakness. If you attempt to 'scam' me for large amounts, or even small amounts repeatedly, I'll take action via blocking, refusing sales, and letting others know of your accused behavior (I consider it a warning to my fellow Papa-sisters.).
